Villa Cassandra is an exclusive private estate on the western shores of Lake Como only accessible by boat, offering stunning 180° views of the lake and a huge area of 30.000 sqm where to stroll among tall cypress trees and large lawn areas, relax in the heated swimming pool or play in the private tennis court.

It also grants a full home cinema with Kaleidescope mode and a gym fully equipped with TechnoGym equipment.

Layout

The house includes a drawing room with fireplace, a dining room accommodating up to 20 people, a nice courtyard ideal for breakfast, a front covered terrace where to arrange perfect outdoor dining. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and develops on 2 floors: on the first floor a king master suite with balcony, study and marble bathroom with bath and walk in shower; a king double bedroom with terrace, marble bathroom with bath and walk in shower; a double/twin bedroom with marble bathroom with bath and walk in shower; a double/twin bedroom with terrace and bathroom with bath and shower. On the second floor there is double/twin bedroom with a separate modern bathroom with walk in shower and a studio suite that can be arranged both as double and twin with a separate lounge and further interconnecting single bedroom with modern bathroom (walk in shower and bath).
Located adjacent to the main villa you will find the Pool House where to enjoy the full home cinema room as well as the bar after having done some sports in the nearby gym equipped with TechnoGym equipment. The outdoor heated swimming pool is L-shaped and has infinity edges over the large sundeck provided with umbrellas and sun-beds.
A ten minutes stroll from the house there is a recently renovated guest house with extra accommodation for larger groups featuring two double/twin bedrooms and two modern bathrooms with bath and shower (one ensuite, the other separate). The private tennis court lies at a short stroll from the Pool House.
