The living room enjoys a fabulous views on the Bay and is interconnected with a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor patio for 12 guests to sit (plus 8 seats inside). Four double bedrooms with bathrooms are located on the ground floor, plus one double ensuite is located on the first floor. Plus there is a further double bedroom with bathroom and TV at the entrance of the Villa enjoying an independent access to the garden, thus also suitable for staff members. Beside this, the staff will have at disposal its own apartment with twin beds, bathroom and separate kitchen. The house is equipped with a cinema room (also convertible in accommodation for two young guests), a panoramic swimming pool, a laundry, parking spaces, Wi- Fi and air conditioning in all rooms.
