Villa Genesa: Villa with glorious views over Porto Cervo Bay and the old port!

Villa Genesa is an astonishing villa located just above Gigli beach and not far from Costa Smeralda Yacht Club.

Finishes are elegant, with travertine floors, antique doors and high-end furniture. The garden is very well-kept and there is a large swimming pool set between wonderful rocks and junipers.

Layout

It consists of two bodies harmoniously connected by a central patio. The large living room with fireplace is connected to the dining area and the well-equipped kitchen. The whole living area opens onto a large veranda and a well-kept garden. The master bedroom is on the first floor with a large panoramic terrace and private bathroom. Three other en-suite bedrooms are located on the ground floor with access to the garden and the pool area. The fifth en-suite bedroom is independent and it is located above the living area. All bathrooms have a shower. In the basement, there is a laundry room, a bathroom with shower and a staff bedroom.
